We translate risk strategy into execution by embedding supervision, risk intelligence, and governance directly into products, operational workflows, and real-time decision-making. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of highly technical risk professionals responsible for risk assessments, product and change risk execution, and data-driven monitoring. This is a highly visible leadership role that blends people leadership, program ownership, and hands-on problem solving to drive scalable risk practices that support product velocity, control maturity, and regulatory expectations.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute Brokerage risk strategy aligned with enterprise risk frameworks and regulatory expectations
  • Serve as a strategic risk advisor to Brokerage Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders
  • Own the design and execution of Brokerage risk assessments, including unified RCSAs, technical risk assessments, and product risk reviews
  • Lead a technical team developing automated, data-driven risk monitoring, dashboards, alerts, and escalation processes
  • Partner across teams to remediate issues, prevent recurrence, and feed learnings into risk assessments and controls

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in risk management, brokerage operations, product risk, or related fields, including people leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of broker-dealer operations, product lifecycles, and regulatory expectations (SEC, FINRA, CFTC)
  • Experience leading technical teams working in data, automation, and analytics (hands-on coding not required)
  • Proven ability to guide development and adoption of automation or Agentic AI solutions in regulated environments
  • Strong judgment, structured thinking, and excellent communication skills, with a track record of influencing senior leadership
