Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, business, public administration, social policy, human services, or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in program management or senior operational coordination roles within Commonwealth-funded or government service environments
Strong experience in budget monitoring, financial oversight, and expenditure tracking, including grant or brokerage-based funding models

Job Responsibility

Provide oversight of program delivery through the LVP Coordinator, ensuring alignment with funding obligations, service standards, and organisational priorities
Ensure program delivery aligns with Commonwealth funding agreements, organisational priorities, and service standards
Provide governance oversight of operational systems, workflows, and intake processes delivered through the LVP Coordinator
Monitor program performance and escalate systemic issues to the CEO as required
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across program operations and service delivery systems
Provide oversight of program budgets, forecasting, and expenditure tracking
