Senior Manager, New Verticals - In Store Intelligence Strategy & Operations

You'll own the operational engine behind DoorDash's ground truth AI platform — responsible for building and scaling the technology that collects in-store data across tens of thousands of physical store locations and translating that data into measurable improvements in inventory accuracy, Dasher pick time, and customer selection. This means everything from designing the systems that capture real-time shelf data, to defining how that data flows into downstream product experiences for customers, Dashers, and merchant partners. You'll lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution — defining strategy, building roadmaps, partnering cross-functionally across product, engineering, and ML, and using data to continuously optimize outcomes. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. Success requires strong ownership, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate complex, multi-stakeholder tradeoffs into clear decisions and action. This role will directly manage a team and report into a Director on our Strategy & Operations team.
