Job Description:

Ironclad is looking for a Senior Manager, Mid-Market Sales to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives, support our rapid scale, and make an outsized impact on our revenue goals. This segment supports customers with employee counts up to 1,000 employees, with typical deal sizes ranging from $25K to 6-figure ACV.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure repeatable, predictable above-quota results
  • Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable sales process
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives
  • Empower your team with scalable systems and repeatable processes
  • Train and assist sales reps in closing complex transactions
  • Create a team culture that’s positive, motivating, and performance-driven
  • Develop specific and targeted goals within each demand team
  • Track and report key growth metrics
  • Find innovative and creative ways to improve and increase performance
  • Plan resource allocation, forecast growth, and monitor pipeline
  • Implement best practices to support consistent and consultative sales and client success processes
  • Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of a complex sales process with 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 3–5+ years of people management leading Mid-Market new business teams
  • Experience closing and coaching Sales Reps on 6-figure deals
  • Personal history of repeatedly exceeding past individual contributor quota
  • Great people skills and shown ability to recruit, hire, and manage talented people
  • Able to build scalable processes and has the analytical skills to optimize them over time
  • Blend strategy and execution
  • Highly effective communicator with strong EQ and influencing skills
  • Experience using modern sales tools such as Linkedin, Salesforce, etc.
  • Eager for a very hands-on role
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
