As Senior Manager, Merchandising Process Improvement, you will operate as a strategic partner to senior leaders, identifying high‑value opportunities through data‑driven insights, external benchmarking, and deep business understanding. You will design future‑state solutions and lead cross‑functional execution that translates strategy into measurable results. Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience developing, implementing, and executing complex programs
  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership success in a competitive environment (retail experience preferred)
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders with and without formal authority
  • Experience leading under pressure and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and executive‑level presentation skills
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration across diverse teams and leadership styles
