Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of the strategy for Staples' Marketplace business
  • Build a new channel, optimize sales performance, and manage key marketplace relationships while driving operational excellence to scale the business
  • Analyze market trends, identifying new product opportunities, optimizing listings and promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Manage and grow Staples' Marketplace account, troubleshoot seller performance issues, and develop account-specific growth plans
  • Leverage data insights to drive process improvements, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust pricing strategies
  • Build and mentor a team of eMarketplace specialists and analysts, fostering a collaborative culture focused on marketplace optimization and compliance
