Job Responsibility:
Lead the development and execution of the strategy for Staples' Marketplace business
Build a new channel, optimize sales performance, and manage key marketplace relationships while driving operational excellence to scale the business
Analyze market trends, identifying new product opportunities, optimizing listings and promotions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experience
Manage and grow Staples' Marketplace account, troubleshoot seller performance issues, and develop account-specific growth plans
Leverage data insights to drive process improvements, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust pricing strategies
Build and mentor a team of eMarketplace specialists and analysts, fostering a collaborative culture focused on marketplace optimization and compliance
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, retail technology, or a related field
3+ years of management experience in digital storefront operations
Nice to have:
Master's Degree (MBA or advanced degree)
Experience with eMarketplace advertising and PPC campaign management
Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketplace analytics
Knowledge of fulfillment strategies and supply chain logistics for online retail
Prior experience in a high-growth eCommerce environment
Experience managing major online marketplaces such as Amazon 3P is a plus
