DoorDash is looking for a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager to help grow DoorDash’s International subscription business. We are seeking someone to join our team who can generate insights, conceptualize & test new products, and implement experiences that will reach millions of people around the world. DashPass is one of DoorDash’s fastest growing & highest priority businesses, meaning you’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the company at large. This role will own DashPass Canada business end-to-end, with the goal of building a best-in-class membership for the most engaged users on DoorDash. On a typical day, you might lead a new initiative, run and refine experiments to improve subscriber retention, dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail, author long-term strategy roadmaps and translate them into actionable plans to hit business OKRs, and make sure we never stop learning & executing.
Job Responsibility
Own DashPass Canada business end-to-end
Strategize and work on product strategy within DashPass business
Use data-driven decision-making to run tests on features, lifecycle programs, pricing
Build models to evaluate costs and benefits of programs and experiments
Partner with multiple teams to implement ideas
Implement ideas into scalable products and provide a world-class operation
Requirements
8+ years of experience in strategy, product, analytics, growth operations or related
subscription business or retention marketing experience is a plus
able to solve analytical problems quickly, experienced in SQL and/or Excel
track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, succeeding in a team environment
experience defining scope and vision from ambiguous problems
enjoys solving different types of problems, thinking outside of the box
learns new skills, applies them quickly and independently
takes responsibility for outcomes, experience being in the driver’s seat, shapes vision and direction
bias towards action, scrappy, pivots when learning new information
can influence and motivate people at all levels across a variety of job functions
