We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Web Development to lead the team responsible for Everlaw’s marketing web properties, including Everlaw.com and related digital experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of web development, content, demand generation, analytics, and brand. Reporting to our Director of Content Marketing, you and your team will drive the execution of our web marketing strategy, including the architecture, maintenance, and optimization of our web properties. You’ll own our marketing web development process and manage a small but high-performing team of developers, while helping lead cross-functional projects, owning reporting on general web performance, visitor metrics, SEO, and AI visibility. Most importantly, you’ll lead the creation of world-class websites that perform, rank, and engage.

Requirements
Five or more years of experience in web development, web marketing, or a related field (or three years of experience with an advanced degree)
Demonstrated abilities to manage a team and create impactful web content that aligns with strategic goals, target audiences, and phases of the buyer’s journey
Strong technical expertise, with experience in Agile methodologies and development best practices
Adept in JavaScript, Angular, React, CSS, and Jamstack architecture
Experience with web analytics, SEO data, conversion metrics, performance reporting, and technical diagnostics
Authorized to work in the United States
