We are seeking a senior, business-focused leader to own and scale Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) initiatives for Marketing. Pega has recently been stabilized and successfully deployed within Customer Operations for Next Best Action / Next Best Offer, and the Marketing organization is now ready to leverage the platform to automate, optimize, and scale their decisioning and engagement strategies. This role will act as the primary owner and driver of Marketing’s Pega decisioning portfolio-partnering closely with Marketing, Customer Operations, Sales, and Retention stakeholders, while working hand-in-hand with an established Pega development team to bring strategy to life. This is a high-visibility role with daily executive interaction, reporting directly into a VP, and is ideal for someone who has led large, consumer-focused Martech or decisioning programs in telecom, financial services, credit, or insurance.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary business owner for Pega CDH initiatives supporting Marketing
Partner directly with Marketing, Customer Operations, Sales, and Retention leaders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable decisioning strategies
Define use cases, roadmaps, and priorities for how Pega can automate and enhance marketing processes across channels
Work closely with a dedicated Pega development team to design, deliver, and launch solutions
Own the entire portfolio lifecycle, including intake, strategy, roadmap planning, budgeting, execution, and launch
Drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, delegating effectively and ensuring alignment across teams
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
Provide executive-level updates, influence direction, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value
Help shape and scale the team and operating model supporting Marketing decisioning over time
Requirements:
10+ years of experience leading large-scale programs, portfolios, or initiatives in a complex enterprise environment
Strong functional / business leadership background (this is not a hands-on technical developer role)
Experience in telecom, consumer credit, banking, insurance, or similarly consumer-driven industries where decisioning, offers, and customer choice are critical
Background in MarTech, omnichannel engagement, personalization, or decisioning platforms
Familiarity with Pega Decisioning Platform or comparable AI-driven decisioning platforms (e.g., omnichannel decisioning, personalization, or next-best-action tools)
Proven ability to own and manage budgets, roadmaps, and delivery independently
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
Strong executive presence and comfort engaging daily with VP- and C-level stakeholders

Experience launching decisioning platforms specifically within Marketing organizations
Prior leadership roles at companies such as telecom providers, credit card issuers, insurers, or large consumer brands
