Job Description

HSO is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to elevate our brand and accelerate our growth across the Canadian market. This is a strategic, high‑visibility leadership role where you will partner closely with Sales, our global Marketing organization, and Microsoft to position HSO as the #1 Microsoft business transformation partner in Canada. Your mission: drive breakthrough demand generation across new prospects and existing customer accounts, while leading a growing marketing team and shaping go‑to‑market strategy for one of HSO’s most important regions.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Canada Marketing & Business Development team
  • Build and execute integrated marketing programs across campaigns, events, digital, social and PR
  • Develop targeted account strategies for new business and expansion within existing customers
  • Own customer‑specific marketing initiatives, working with Microsoft, global teams and agencies
  • Track, measure and optimise marketing performance and ROI
  • Lead all marketing collaboration with Microsoft, including messaging, campaigns and events
  • Drive customer evidence programs including case studies and references
  • Oversee the marketing budget and ensure strong ROMI

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B IT, technology or consulting
  • University degree in business or marketing preferred
  • Proven success in brand, demand generation and partner marketing
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s GTM model and partner ecosystem
  • Experience with ABM, segmentation, CRM, analytics and data‑driven marketing
  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing programs
  • Budget planning and ROI analysis experience
