Job Description:

Drive high impact, strategic analysis for CVS Health's Enterprise Strategy team, identifying, analyzing, and targeting de-novo growth and innovation opportunities across the health care ecosystem

Job Responsibility:

Conduct health care research to inform long-term growth strategy
Lead moderately complex financial assessments for enterprise planning
Oversee management and organization of market materials and key metrics
Manage and organize structured data files from multiple sources
Proactively identify new data collection opportunities
Design and develop business cases and presentations
Partner with Enterprise Strategy, Corporate Development, FP&A, and Enterprise Economics
Mentor and guide junior team members
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

Strong understanding of financial drivers of health care businesses (payer, provider, PBM, pharmacy)
7-10 years of growth and innovation experience in health care
Strong command of business case development and financial modeling
3+ years proven experience in executing revenue and profitability analyses
3+ years' experience working with equity research platforms and data sets
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and advanced skills in Excel
Ability and willingness to travel as needed (less than 10% of time)
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related field required

Nice to have:

Previous consulting or investment banking experience
Master of Business Administration or master's in economics, Finance, or related field
