We are expanding our Insurance and Operations transformation capability and are looking for multiple Change & Excellence professionals to play a pivotal role in shaping how change is delivered across the business. Sitting within a high-impact core change team, these roles lead complex, strategic initiatives that span multiple P&Ls, as well as enterprise-wide priorities that sit outside traditional silos. These are senior, hands-on change roles for experienced professionals who are comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end, shaping the approach, and doing the work where required. You will operate in environments where outcomes are clear, but the path to get there is not -requiring judgement, adaptability, and strong collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Translate business needs into clear, outcome-focused requirements, bridging business and technology teams
Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, progress and effective decision-making
Embed continuous improvement thinking, using insight and data to focus on impact and benefits realisation

Confidence leading senior stakeholder discussions across legal, risk, compliance, finance and technology
