Lead, manage, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality performance and results aligned with organizational goals , while managing the day-to-day operations of the Lithium team Build and develop team members' capabilities through active participation in trading activities and continuously improve the team's strategy and development roadmap Oversee the team's execution of both derivatives and physical trades , ensuring full compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, exchange rules (CME, GFEX, OTC), and ethical standards Facilitate clear communication with senior management and external stakeholders , collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as trade operations, freight, legal, and trade/product control Guide the team in creating and updating short- and long-term strategic playbooks , while formulating business strategies and preparing divisional budgets Direct the team in managing hedge book operations and compliance processes , ensuring the division's exposure remains within approved limits Lead the team in building long-term relationships with industry players and producing regular reports and updates on market trends and relevant issues Manage team of 3 Report to GM CBD area Travel often
