Job Description

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage contract negotiations, streamline legal processes, and oversee contract and litigation management. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient legal operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage contract negotiations, streamline legal processes, and oversee contract and litigation management
  • Manage litigation matters, ability to brief Senior Management and external counsels
  • Independently draft, negotiate, review, and revise a wide range of contract documents
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Support, and Cybersecurity)
  • Identify and mitigate business and legal risks
  • Provide legal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Lead and mentor the legal team

Requirements

  • Law Graduate (LLB) from an accredited law school
  • 10-14 years of experience as an in-house counsel (preferably in a software/technology company/BFSI industry)
  • Proficient in drafting and negotiating software/IT contracts, litigation management, and team handling
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High ethical standards and integrity
