Job Description

As a Senior Manager, Learning, Development & Performance (LD&P) Business Partner for Activision Publishing & Corporate Functions, you will partner with senior leaders to drive business performance through talent, capability, and leadership. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will shape and deliver LD&P priorities aligned to business strategy — spanning learning, performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. This role balances enterprise alignment with deep local understanding, ensuring Activision Publishing and Corporate Functions are equipped with the capabilities and leaders needed to deliver today and scale for the future.

Job Responsibility

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Partner closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear LD&P strategies and actions
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Build strong, trusted relationships with senior leaders and HR partners
  • Performance & Talent: Lead the deployment of performance management, talent review, and succession planning processes
  • Learning & Capability: Conduct learning and capability needs analysis aligned to current and future business requirements
  • Culture & Ways of Working: Act as a cultural advocate, embedding values and leadership expectations through talent and development practices

Requirements

  • 10+ years of direct work experience in Learning and Development (or related field) with 2+ years of management experience
  • Proven expertise in scaling global learning and development programming
  • especially in a corporate learning and development environment
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to executives and gaining alignment among multiple stakeholders on enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Proven learning facilitation skills
  • especially in manager or leadership development
  • Strong project/program management, with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex and global programs, including project implementation, stakeholder management, and budget management
  • Experience owning program strategy and presenting results to senior leadership
  • Consistent track record of using data to measure learning effectiveness, identify insights, and make updates/improvements
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platforms

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in related subject area, or relevant certifications
  • Knowledge of upskilling and reskilling vendors and external partners
  • Expert in adult learning modalities and learning experience
  • Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced work environment while completing multiple priorities
