Job Description

This role will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Learning, Capability Building, and Talent Development across company. The role is responsible for designing and driving the organization's learning strategy, leadership development initiatives, functional capability building, retail learning interventions, and culture-driven development programs aligned to business priorities and organizational growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and drive the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
  • Build competency-based learning frameworks across corporate, retail, and support functions
  • Identify organizational capability gaps through business engagement, performance insights, and workforce planning discussions
  • Design structured learning roadmaps for leadership, managerial and functional teams
  • Design and implement leadership development frameworks for emerging, mid-level, and senior leaders
  • Facilitate development interventions focused on managerial effectiveness, leadership capability, communication, and people management
  • Leverage digital learning platforms and technology-enabled learning solutions where applicable
  • Manage internal and external learning partners, facilitators, and content providers
  • Partner with leaders high-potential talent development initiatives
  • Maintain learning dashboards, training calendars, and capability development MIS
  • Support organizational change, engagement, and culture-building initiatives through targeted learning interventions

Requirements

  • 15 years experience
  • Expert knowledge of learning and development strategies
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experience in designing competency-based learning frameworks
  • Experience in managing learning dashboards and MIS
