Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve VFC's systems strategy and tech ecosystem stack including ongoing maintenance and vendor relationships
Define system architecture, standards, and documentation
Identify and address system gaps, inefficiencies, and risks
Build and maintain automations and integrations across tools
Improve data flow and reduce manual processes
Lead internal AI tooling implementation and adoption
Lead end-to-end delivery of systems initiatives from design through rollout and ongoing improvement
Own rollout success, including stakeholder alignment, training, and change management
Drive strong adoption and ensure systems are used as intended
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with clear prioritization
Own cybersecurity across systems, including access, data protection, and vendor risk
Lead incident response planning and disaster recovery
Oversee system administration, reliability, and documentation
Improve support processes and resolve recurring issues at the root
Manage and develop the IT Help Desk & CRM Coordinator
Balance reactive support with proactive systems improvement
Collaborate with the data team to support reporting and data quality
Requirements:
Proven experience leading system implementations or tool rollouts, including stakeholder alignment, training, and adoption
Strong project management skills across multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience owning and improving SaaS ecosystems
Strong understanding of systems, integrations, and data flow
Hands-on experience building automations and integrations ideally through APIs, Zapier and scripting
Experience supporting and onboarding non-technical users in complex platform use cases
Experience managing HubSpot and data systems, including data quality practices
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Solid understanding of cybersecurity including access management, data protection and risk
Strong ownership and ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Experience balancing day-to-day reliability with longer-term systems improvements
Experience with AI tools, or strong interest in applying them in operational contexts
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
