This is a rare opportunity to shape the networks that power BT Group’s broadband services across the UK. As a senior leader in our ISP Network Design organisation, you’ll guide the creation of next‑generation capabilities that enhance and enable the broadband experience for millions of customers across EE, BT and Plusnet. Job Responsibility:

  • Shape ISP Networks Design Team’s strategy to enable the achievement of the ISP tribe goals
  • Leadership of ISP Networks Design Team

  • Drive transformation of the technology platform and operating model through the adoption of agile methodologies and automated capabilities
  • Forecast supply and demand of resource requirements based on known and unknown business needs
