Job Description

The overall role of the Senior Manager Inward Reinsurance is to lead the Inward treaty reinsurance portfolio development in the certain territories as per defined strategy in the Company to ensure that the growth and profitability targets are met.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing relationship with Cedents / RI brokers within the allocated territory to ensure smooth and productive cooperation
  • Develop and maintain the profitable and well diversified portfolio of treaties in the allocated regions within Company guidelines
  • Optimize the existing portfolio and allocated capacity
  • Design overall market and client strategy in designated territories
  • Review and approve large claims with the claims department

Requirements

  • Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary
  • 7 years minimum in Reinsurance (Treaty), managerial experience
  • 5 Years RI Pricing experience
  • Good Communication Skills, Team Leader, Time management
