This role is pivotal in establishing and leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) to ensure the successful delivery of integration programmes. The individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining the end-to-end integration roadmap, driving cross-functional coordination, and developing governance forums to manage risks and dependencies. They will also provide high-quality reporting to senior leaders and ensure integration plans align with synergy targets and operational KPIs.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and lead the IMO function to govern and assure delivery across all integration programmes and functions
Create and maintain the end to end integration roadmap, ensuring plans fully align with JBP milestones, synergy targets, and operational KPIs
Drive cross-functional coordination and interlock across integration workstreams, enabling timely decision-making and issue resolution
Develop and manage integration governance forums, ensuring visibility, accountability, and escalation pathways for risks and dependencies
Provide high-quality, timely reporting to ELT, L2 leaders, shareholders, and programme teams to support strategic decision-making
Ensure integration plans are underpinned by accurate cost allocation, synergy tracking, and performance metrics
Partner with Finance, Corporate Comms, Business Planning, Portfolio, and Centre of Excellence (CoE) teams to ensure integration reporting, tooling, and investment planning are aligned
Embed delivery discipline and continuous improvement across integration programmes, leveraging best practices and lessons learned
Support the development of integration capabilities across the organisation, enabling future transformation success
Ensure integration activities adhere to contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements, including Interco
Requirements:
Extensive experience in leading programme governance and delivery assurance across large-scale transformation or integration programmes
Strong understanding of integration dynamics, particularly in telecoms or joint venture environments
Expertise in programme planning, risk management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
Experience in managing cost allocation, synergy tracking, and performance metrics
Familiarity with legal and contractual frameworks relevant to integration and entity restructuring
Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills
Experience working with ELT and L2 leaders in complex organisational settings
