Job Description

This role leads a marketing team responsible for integrated marketing strategies that support commercial and brand objectives across multiple channels. It develops and manages comprehensive marketing plans leveraging paid, owned, and earned media aligned with company priorities. The role requires collaboration with commercial, operations, media, and analytics teams to orchestrate complex marketing initiatives. Success is measured by the effective execution of targeted marketing programs that meet performance and strategic goals. The work impacts the organization by enhancing product experience, supporting digital transformation, and advancing brand marketing priorities.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and plans that achieve commercial and brand objectives across multiple channels
  • Leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align campaign priorities and ensure timely, on-budget execution
  • Partner with creative and agency teams to produce communications and collateral that meet audience and campaign goals
  • Work with analytics and marketing operations to track and measure performance against strategic objectives
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 7-10 years Marketing experience in authoring and executing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2C brands
  • 2-4 years Delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution
  • Digital Marketing Must have a solid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, attribution, optimization, etc. Experience in data driven marketing techniques and traditional database marketing is critical
  • Consumer Insights Exceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.
  • Leadership Campaign leadership skills – end to end campaign development including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc. in a multi-channel/omni-channel environment
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
