Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Global Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives targeting Institutional clients within Corporate and Institutional Banking. This role is essential for driving revenue growth, enhancing client engagement, and strengthening the bank’s presence among multinational corporates. This role involves the development and execution of marketing strategies, campaigns, and events in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the global marketing strategy for Institutional clients, aligning with commercial growth objectives
  • Shape and assist in executing marketing programs that drive client acquisition
  • Develop clear and distinct value propositions that address segment and industry specific challenges
  • Lead the strategy and ideation of integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and client engagement
  • Develop a content strategy and drive ongoing management to ensure relevance for the segment
  • Partner with Events teams and the business on events strategy for the audience
  • Track and analyse performance metrics related to brand, client engagement, pipeline influence, revenue and campaign effectiveness
  • Direct cross-functional teams, ensuring cohesive marketing effort across various areas and regions
  • Drive strong collaboration across all business lines and segments
  • Serve as an advisor to internal stakeholders on go-to-market strategy, client engagement, and market positioning

Requirements:

  • Extensive years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on commercial marketing within global banking or financial services, and/or experience preferably in corporate coverage
  • Strong understanding of CIB segments, products and services
  • Passionate about customer centricity and the latest market trends
  • Proven ability to translate client and market insights into effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills within global, matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
