Job Description

As the Senior Manager, Installation Operations for Moen Smart Water within the Fortune Brands portfolio, you will guide and manage the performance and expansion of our third-party contractor network responsible for in-home installations. This highly collaborative leadership role is critical to delivering a best-in-class homeowner experience while scaling our national installation footprint.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage a growing national network of third-party contractors who perform in-home smart water device installations ensuring they meet performance, quality, and customer service standards
  • Ensure seamless and consistent installation operations with strong standards for speed, quality, and homeowner experience
  • Expand and onboard new installation partners to improve geographic coverage, reduce costs, and elevate quality
  • Create and maintain standardized procedures, training, and communications for plumbers and contractors to support efficient operations
  • Guide and manage continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving installation success rates and reducing time-to-install
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison to resolve installer or customer issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer experience teams to position installation as a key differentiator in the marketplace
  • Manage a team of two associates to support installation operations and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent construction or plumbing experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or construction with management experience
  • 2+ years of direct experience managing networks of third-party contractors performing in-home services (e.g., installation, warranty repair, or home maintenance)
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills across multiple levels, from executive to field technician
  • Deep understanding of construction or plumbing installation project workflows
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed

  • Active Plumbing License or Master Plumbing License
  • Hands-on plumbing experience
  • Experience working with or within warranty providers, service marketplaces or home service platforms
  • Prior experience in construction project management and/or plumbing installations
