Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with global Innovation Banking strategy
drive formulation of business plan and initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, superior customer experience and frontline team satisfaction
analyse key trends, opportunities, and threats, diagnose performance gaps, recommend, drive and develop action plans to address issues, and provide strategic advice to management
deploy effective analytics and sales tools to identify business insights to enhance segment prospecting capabilities for cross-selling and value growth
work with key stakeholders to promote Innovation Banking business profile
champion the people resource management process for business together with Human Resources
champion strategic cost management through monitoring and analysis of cost drivers, and developing measures to improve cost efficiency

Requirements:

Substantial experience in Commercial Banking or Risk
solid exposure in Global Trade Solutions and Global Payment Solutions
knowledge and understanding of the innovation eco-system in Greater China
capacity to work with and present to a variety of levels including senior executives
ability to develop, direct and implement business plans and strategies
good analytical and financial skills
adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
ability to coordinate and control a wide range of activities and make decisions independently
fluency in English and Mandarin
