As a Senior Manager, Implementation Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for CVS Caremark’s most complex and strategic clients during onboarding and implementation. You’ll own end-to-end accountability for delivering high-impact projects—establishing and managing critical client relationships, developing and executing detailed project plans, and driving milestones to completion seamlessly. Your role includes proactive risk assessment and mitigation, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes through effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. You are accountable for innovating new ways to streamline processes and improve outcomes—constantly seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency, elevate client experience, and deliver measurable results. Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation
Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues efficiently, and provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
5+ years of client relationship management experience, with proven client implementation and project management experience, within a healthcare/PBM, account services, customer service, non-IT client implementations, or related industry
7 + years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree required
may consider comparable work experience
Nice to have:
PBM or Health Plan experience
Preference for candidates to reside in HUB locations, Scottsdale, AZ – Irving, TX – Northbrook, IL
