Job Responsibility

  • Own the full delivery and lifecycle of DxIDM, Headless Identity, and wider IAM services
  • Ensure customers enjoy secure, seamless authentication and authorisation across every digital product
  • Build and evolve scalable APIs that support identity federation and single sign‑on
  • Collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure identity capabilities are aligned and future‑proof
  • Continuously monitor, optimise, and improve identity service performance
  • Drive adoption of consistent identity patterns across stream‑aligned teams
  • Maintain compliance with security, privacy, data protection, and access‑control standards
  • Support integrations with enterprise platforms and third‑party identity providers
  • Lead major incident resolution, ensuring resilience and continuous improvement
  • Shape the platform strategy through insight, strong partnership behaviours, and hands‑on enablement

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), identity federation, and authentication protocols
  • Deep knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and related identity standards
  • Confident delivering secure, scalable identity services in cloud‑native environments
  • Understand security, privacy, data‑protection requirements, and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience with telco identity architectures and user lifecycle management
