Job Description:

The Senior Manager, HSE Compliance and Regulatory Affairs provides strategic and enterprise-level leadership over the company’s environmental, health, and safety (HSE) compliance programs. This role oversees regulatory engagement across federal, state, and local levels, drives internal audit performance, and ensures organizational alignment with evolving regulations. The Senior Manager also leads organizational change initiatives, manages high-level risk, and plays a critical role in negotiation, advocacy, and external relationship management with key regulatory bodies and partners.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in HSE compliance
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related discipline or equivalent years of relevant experience

Nice to have:

  • Participation in regulatory reform groups or public-private coalitions
  • Certifications such as CHMM, CSP, or PE
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as industrial, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or retail
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Masters Degree
