Job Description:

This position should be a logical successor to Senior Director HR. Lead as a Business Partner Head for Turkey. Act as a facilitator and influencer on strategic HR topics. Manage and lead the HR team in the market covering domains like HRM, Rewards, Recruitment, Internal Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility. Provide the best HR solutions to attract, develop, motivate and retain the best people.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead as a Business Partner Head for Turkey
  • Act as a facilitator and influencer on strategic HR topics
  • Manage and lead the HR team in the market covering domains like HRM, Rewards, Recruitment, Internal Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Drive a high level of communication with Management and Sr. Managers
  • Ensure that all aspects of staffing, employee relations, performance management and compensation & benefits are delivered timely and in accordance with relevant local labor and commercial legislation
  • Continuously evaluate and update the market pool for candidates
  • Own the personnel budget and its impact on contribution numbers for the entire organization
  • Work closely with the CoE Rewards team to promote and develop overall compensation & benefit programs
  • Manage annual salary rounds and promotions
  • Lead the tax practice for the Market for local and expat employees
  • Drive tax related structures and discussions
  • Evaluate and decide on change in salary structure
  • Implement the best compensation structure
  • Lead the regulatory discussions with related bodies
  • Ensure high employee engagement at every level
  • Lead employee engagement through customized design platforms
  • Study trends, issues, organization climate manifestations before creating and implementing new processes and programs
  • Lead Strategic HR Projects to drive maximum business value
  • Ensure relevance of content and mode of internal communication
  • Lead the organization in steering support to corporate social responsibility programs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree from educational entity focusing on Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration or related field
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources Management of multinational company with experience in HR Management & Rewards
  • Experience in handling complicated employee relations issues including union drives/organizing attempts, discrimination claims, sexual harassment investigations and downsizing
  • Must have the ability to interact at the highest levels of the company
  • An acute sense of business management and administration
  • A strong and dedicated understanding towards the Group and customers’ needs
  • MS-Office skills
  • Experience in managing complex mid to large size projects within HR

Nice to have:

  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience in leading HR team on acquisition/divestiture and integration of a new organization is a plus
