Job Responsibility:
Responsible for providing strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups and delivering an HR strategy that is aligned with the business needs
Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes ranging from performance & talent management, leadership development, to change management and organizational design(including spans and layers work)
Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance
Requirements:
Intermediate-Advanced English fluency
Bachelor’s degree
At least 6 years of client facing or consulting experience
At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources
Nice to have:
MBA or Masters degree
Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification
8+ years of client facing or consulting experience
5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting
