Senior Manager HR role for a company transitioning from a startup to a structured corporate culture. The role involves designing HR strategy, ensuring labour compliance, managing recruitment, and implementing systems for a growing team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design the overall HR Strategy and Policy for the Company
  • Facilitate transition from Start up Culture to Structured Corporate Culture
  • Monitor attendance, leave policy and Company benefits like Mediclaim
  • Draft policy to improve discipline and productivity
  • Conceptualize the HR Software requirement
  • Develop an IT System to monitor employees
  • Conduct a Monthly meeting for different Asst. Managers and Managers
  • Monitor the 'To Do' list of employees on a weekly basis
  • Recruitment of people for Warehouse, Food Processing, Solar Warehousing and Marketing
  • Facilitate Evaluation of employees for appraisal
  • Prepare a matrix how to quantify productivity among employees and incentivise
  • Coordinate HR practices remotely from Kolkata
  • Travel once a month to Siliguri
