Reporting to the VP of People, you will own the Core and Strategic elements of Human Resources for Everseen’s India Operations. As an active member of the leadership team, you will own the operational goals for India Operations which include (a) delivering an outstanding customer experience, (b) scaling for growth and (c) making Everseen a great place to work.
Job Responsibility
Lead the full performance management cycle including organizational assessment, workforce planning, succession management, and employee retention management
Drive the programs enabling continuous employee development, training and coaching as well as career tracks for all levels and types of India employees
Creating and maintaining a positive, fair and engaging business culture, including the management of disputes and investigation of policy violations
Support the business’ needs for recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and termination of employees in compliance with Everseen policies
Fully accountable for compliance with company and government policies covering code of conduct, wages and compensation, working conditions, social security and benefits
Ensure applicable job bands and levels are administered fairly and compensation, recognition and promotions are administered equitably
Lead a team of HR professionals as well as facilities and other support staff
Be an active participant of Everseen’s India Operations leadership team and partner with them to ensure people strategies align with and support business objectives
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations around workforce trends and performance based on data analysis
Understand feedback, concerns and results of policies and processes in support of making the Pune office a great place to work
Be a trusted advisor to all managers in India Operations, especially the senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field required
Overall 8+ years preferred in business roles with at least 8 years of progressive Human Resources management/operations experience
Experience of operating in a smaller/growth environment as well as medium to large companies, all of which involve international engagement and technology
Experience of working in a matrixed organization involving both line and functional organizations, sometimes with conflicting needs
Strong grasp of SaaS and AI business fundamentals
Effective partner to technical leaders across global cultures
Effectively recognizes and manages personal and interpersonal dynamics to support sound decision-making under pressure
Quickly assesses situations, asks incisive questions, and identifies root causes and solutions
Makes objective, well-reasoned decisions grounded in data and sound business judgment

Experienced using formal coaching models across all seniority levels
