Job Description:

They are currently looking for a Senior Manager, HR Services to join their team in Penang. You will lead global HR Service Center operations, managing teams across key regions. This role is also responsible for delivering end-to-end HR and candidate services, ensuring high-quality support, consistent processes, and alignment with HR and business goals. You will oversee functions such as HR Operations & Compliance, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Talent Management, HRIS, Reporting, and back-office support.

Job Responsibility:

lead global HR Service Center operations
manage teams across key regions
deliver end-to-end HR and candidate services
ensure high-quality support, consistent processes, and alignment with HR and business goals
oversee functions such as HR Operations & Compliance, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Talent Management, HRIS, Reporting, and back-office support

Requirements:

15 years of relevant experience
strong background in HR operations or shared services within multinational companies at a senior level
proven track record in leading global HR services, payroll, and talent acquisition support
