At least 8 - 10 years experience in HR Service Delivery / Employee Experience
Proven experience leading HR shared services, ER/IR, HR governance, or employee engagement functions in mid-to-large organizations
Experience working with modern HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, ServiceNow HRSD) and strong comfort with HR analytics
Deep understanding of various HR operating models, employee lifecycle processes, disciplinary process, grievance handling
Nice to have:
Certifications such as SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPD, or equivalent are an added advantage
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or service excellence principles is preferred
Familiarity in payroll management & statutory compliances will be good
