Job Description:

As the Senior Manager HR Operations, you will be directly supporting various business units within the Pharmacy & Consumer Wellness division. You will play a lead role shaping the future of CVS Health's Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness (PCW) strategies. Your role will be the driving force in translating critical ideas into actionable plans that align with our purpose and can be seamlessly integrated into our everyday operations.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Workforce Planning: Develop and implement strategic workforce plan
Collaborate with key Centers of Excellence (COEs)
HR Project Management: Establish project teams, assign roles and responsibilities
HRBP Education and Development: Responsible for HRBP education
Data Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR data and analytics
Strategy and executions: Drive change through key HR projects

Requirements:

7+ years Human Resources or Operations experience or equivalent in another similar field
1 year of formal or informal Project management or consulting experience
Ability to travel up to 10-15% (including plane travel)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
Master's degree preferred
