Job Responsibility:
Drive operational excellence across the employee lifecycle
Lead leave and accommodation programs with care
Strengthen immigration and mobility strategy
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR experience with deep HR Operations expertise
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong HRIS proficiency and comfort with core office tools
Expertise in employee relations, LOA/accommodation frameworks, and multi-state U.S. employment law
Proven ability to design, scale, and operationalize HR processes
Exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 10% annually
Nice to have:
PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
Experience in regulated industries—healthcare or medical devices strongly preferred
Background in shared-services or tiered HR support models
