Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing programs that address the emotional, mental, and physical health of colleagues
  • Lead initiatives to promote work-life balance and life management skills, including time management, stress reduction, and personal development
  • Apply data from colleague surveys of workplace culture and colleague wellbeing to inform and improve programs and initiatives
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and events focused on wellbeing and workplace culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on matters related to emotional wellbeing and workplace culture
  • Oversee Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and Behavioral Health programs to ensure colleagues have access to necessary support services
  • Contribute to and review benefits communications and plan documents
  • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively with other HR teams including Shared Services, Vendor Management, Communications, Finance, and Legal
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Identify, analyze, and address service issues
  • recommend and implement short- and long-term solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on colleague wellbeing, life management, and/or workplace culture
  • Minimum of 1 year of formal or informal leadership work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% (including airplane)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required

Nice to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully drive decisions and strategy implementation
  • Experience in identifying, designing, recommending, and implementing innovative well-being solutions for complex health care benefit plans
  • Strong understanding of mental health and wellbeing principles
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive program improvements
  • Experience with employee assistance programs (EAPs) and other wellbeing resources
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in workplace wellbeing and culture
  • Skilled at developing emotional Wellness strategies
  • Ability and courage to contribute to blue-sky strategy discussions and make recommendations
