Job Description

The Senior Manager in High Tech at NTT DATA will lead strategic initiatives and manage complex projects while building relationships with key clients. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in the High Tech/Manufacturing sector, strong business development skills, and fluency in Dutch and English. Job Responsibility

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives of international High Tech companies with HQ in the Netherlands
  • Develop, implement, and update Strategic Account Plan aligned with client goals and NTT DATA capabilities and value offering
  • Develop opportunities from start to end (identification, proposal, execution,...)
  • Manage responses to RFQs/RFPs/RFIs for complex, multi-service solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Explore the needs of the client, define the scope of the project and propose the right solution
  • Serve as a Key Account Lead for your clients on a commercial, financial and delivery level
  • Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Expand the business with the client and search for new commercial opportunities, building a strong and balanced client portfolio
  • Build international project teams including near/offshore delivery centers
  • Develop and mentor team members to ensure high performance and engagement
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates to ensure transparency and alignment with stakeholders

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the High Tech/Manufacturing sector and in the business & IT consulting market
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through sales and cross-selling initiatives
  • Experience in handling complex RFQs
  • Ability to identify the right solution for your client
  • Experience in (complex IT) project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of the High Tech/Manufacturing sector
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
