Job Description:

Senior Manager role on the Health Plan Adherence Solutions team focused on development, enhancement, and management of adherence products that can be packaged and sold to Health Plans to improve adherence Stars ratings and bring revenue to Retail Pharmacy. Leads strategy, opportunity identification, business case development, testing and incubation, and P&L management of capabilities launched.

Job Responsibility:

Leading team through refining strategy for health plan medication adherence
Leading testing of new adherence products
Managing governance of team's interaction with internal partners
Updating leadership on status of test-and-learn adherence programs
Leading meetings with internal partners to understand health plan needs
Managing sourcing of new ideas
Leading discussions on idea prioritization based on business case
Developing and executing strategic roadmaps

Requirements:

5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmacy, strategy, consulting, or related fields
2 years of people management experience, including leading cross-functional teams and direct reports
Strategic consulting experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or payer/provider environments
Experience leading cross-functional strategy engagements and managing stakeholders
Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams
Strong background in business case development and financial modeling
Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models, pharmacy operations, and payer dynamics
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong executive communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools
Bachelor's degree required

Nice to have:

MBA or MPH degree preferred
Experience with medication adherence and Stars ratings
Market scan and competitive analysis experience
Experience in matrixed organizations or consulting-style environments
