Senior Manager Head Office Global Brands at PUMA in Herzogenaurach, Germany.   • Act as the drumbeat for the CBO (Chief Brand Officer) to plan, prepare and support key stakeholders, meetings / milestones and initiatives
  • Prepare, synthesize, and quality-check materials/presentations for decision and other stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure effective communication and cascading of information within the CBO area in close alignment with the senior brand leadership team and key functional/market stakeholders
  • Support CBO in tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, developing impactful communications and handling ad-hoc or high-priority requests
  • Be the connector of the CBO area by effectively driving cross-functional/cross-BU collaboration and communication and liaising within the CEO Head Office and the global Head Office network
  • Support on sensitive/urgent CBO priority topics
  • Set up and maintain executive KPIs & dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience ideally in the sporting goods or fashion industry
  • Affinity for and solid understanding of brand strategy elements and priorities
  • Experience in senior stakeholder communication and relationship building
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to structure information clearly
