The Sr. Manager, GTME (Success) is the operational leader and coach for Apollo’s Named GTM Engineers. They are not just people managers — they are system enforcers, deal forecasters, and process architects who ensure that every account touched by a GTME results in measurable, durable growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and coach a team of Named GTM Engineers
Own the forecasting rhythm
Drive accountability
Inspect GTME deliverables
Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Success, and Sales Leadership
Demonstrate Apollo-native GTM builds live when needed
Requirements:
Deal Operator: run forecasts, enforce adherence, and build inspection rhythms
Coach of Coaches: develop operators into experts
Detail Hawk: rigorous with no slipped deals or missed follow-ups
RevTech Native: deep familiarity with Apollo + modern GTM stack (Clay, Salesloft, Outreach, 6Sense, Gong, etc.)
Outbound Growth Leader: background in sales development leadership, RevOps, or agency GTM management tied to outbound outcomes
