Job Responsibility
Drive net-new registered users and subscribers by identifying and scaling the highest-leverage levers across the acquisition funnel. Stand up and scale acquisition channels (or materially improve existing ones
Own growth initiatives end-to-end: problem framing, business case, execution, and optimization
Solve commercially important problems across the business, from monetization model experiments to campaign cadence to new channel launches
Run scenario planning, ROI modeling, and portfolio trade-offs that help to make the right decisions
Lead cross-functionally across product, engineering, data, and marketing through clarity and credibility, not authority
Requirements
Ideally 2 to 4 years at top consultancy (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG)
Prior startup or scale-up experience is strongly preferred
