This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in close partnership with Design, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams—owning the creative direction of growth and lifecycle campaigns, translating insights into sharper ideas, and continuously evolving how we engage customers from onboarding through retention and expansion.

  • Act as the creative and strategic owner for growth and lifecycle campaigns — translating cross-functional inputs into clear briefs, compelling narratives, and effective creative direction
  • Develop and iterate messaging, visuals, and sequencing based on performance insights and qualitative feedback, leveraging support from analytics and data science partners
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align growth campaigns with product launches, feature adoption, and user education moments
  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process — from brief to delivery — ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution
  • Manage and prioritize creative requests across global and regional teams, balancing brand and performance goals
  • Coordinate internal and external creative resources to support growth initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Use lifecycle performance signals (engagement, activation, retention, conversion) to inform creative and strategic iteration, focusing on insight-driven optimization
  • Champion high creative standards within growth channels while balancing brand storytelling and performance outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date on digital trends, creative formats, and growth tactics to continually evolve our approach

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in creative, growth marketing, CRM marketing, or integrated marketing roles— ideally in tech, fintech, or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience running creative-led growth campaigns in close partnership with Design, Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth teams
  • Strong creative instinct and storytelling ability, with the ability to bring structure and cohesion to complex lifecycle journeys
  • Deep understanding of growth and lifecycle marketing channels, including email, paid media, and in-product engagement
  • Ability to interpret insights and trends and translate them into clear growth strategy and creative direction
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working alongside analytics or data science teams
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously

Nice to have
