Job Description:

This pivotal role focuses on managing gross-to-net operations, including revenue recognition, pricing analysis, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as Medicaid Drug Rebate Program (MDRP) and 340B.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • CPA or MBA
  • 5+ years of hands-on GTN experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • expertise in managing rebates, chargebacks, copay programs, and accrual processes
  • proficiency in systems such as SAP, advanced Excel skills, Vistex
  • leadership experience in matrixed organizations
  • proven experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • proficiency in Finance
  • extensive understanding of Management processes
  • prior experience in a senior management role
  • knowledge of Pharma Gross to Net
  • excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
  • strong analytical skills to interpret financial data

  • Develop and execute a robust, evidence-based market access strategy that maximizes payer adoption and patient access to critical therapies
  • Lead the creation of value propositions that demonstrate the economic and clinical benefits of products to payers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders
  • Develop and communicate robust market access strategies and plans, including clear articulation of the brands’ value story, and help to integrate them into the overall brand plan
