Job Description:

Lead the creative vision and execution of global retail experiences for a fast-growing beauty brand. Shape and deliver consumer-centric visual merchandising concepts across global retail environments, ensuring design excellence, brand consistency, and seamless go-to-market execution. This role blends hands-on design leadership with strategic oversight.

Job Responsibility:

  • Translate brand strategy and space planning into compelling global VM concepts
  • Lead concept development through sketches, 3D modeling, and clear design direction
  • Own VM briefs, presentations, guidelines, planograms, and DTO drawings
  • Build and maintain a global 2D/3D library of products, fixtures, and assets
  • Drive alignment across Brand, Creative, Copy, Operations, and regional partners
  • Lead the VM Go-To-Market calendar, managing timelines, milestones, and budgets
  • Partner with Brand Operations to deliver efficient, on-budget space planning updates
  • Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency, quality, and craftsmanship across all VM outputs
  • Anticipate future needs and introduce innovative VM solutions aligned with market trends and brand evolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in luxury beauty visual merchandising or relevant retail design
  • Advanced 3D design skills (SketchUp Pro or similar)
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep knowledge of fixture systems, materials, and global retail formats (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, international markets)
  • Strong creative judgment paired with operational rigor and project management expertise
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable leading multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment

  • Act as the main liaison with fixture vendors, leading weekly calls and coordinating between meetings to drive development progress and on-time execution
  • Integrate and manage timelines across fixture vendors, sales, marketing, and creative teams to plan the global seasonal updates schedule
  • Partner with Creative Operations and designers to review project scope, timelines, artwork reviews and approval process
