This is a senior global role based in New York City, sitting within Sokin's Centre of Excellence. You will support Sokin’s global social presence across influencer strategy, community, and executive voice, driving awareness, engagement, and pipeline through high-impact content, creator partnerships, and always-on community engagement.
Job Responsibility
Scale Sokin's global social channels, setting strategy, maintaining a strong and consistent voice, and driving measurable growth in engagement and reach
Drive content velocity across formats including video, carousels, and thought leadership, building systems that enable faster production without sacrificing quality
Build and manage a global influencer and creator programme end-to-end, from identification to performance measurement, with clear commercial ROI
Develop a consistent and credible executive social presence for Sokin's leadership, drafting posts, threads, and commentary aligned to fintech and payments conversations
Own and scale Sokin’s community presence across platforms, leading day-to-day engagement, fostering meaningful interactions, and building an active, high-value audience
Own performance tracking across social and influencer activity, defining KPIs, building reporting frameworks, and translating data into actionable insights
Leverage social listening to identify trends, audience sentiment, and competitive signals, using this to inform content, campaigns, and overall strategy
Serve as the primary contact for agencies or production partners, setting briefs, managing timelines, and ensuring high-quality output
Lead social coverage for events and conferences, building repeatable playbooks that can be scaled across regions and teams
Work closely with Demand Gen, PR, Product Marketing, and socialmedia and content managers across markets to ensure social and influencer activity supports broader go-to-market priorities
Requirements
6–8 years in social media, with at least 2 in a senior or lead role within B2B fintech, payments, or financial services
Proven experience running influencer programmes end-to-end with measurable commercial outcomes
Strong background in community management and building engaged audiences
Track record of building executive social presences that generate reach and credibility
Hands-on experience with social and community management tools
Strong flair for copywriting across social and short-form formats, creating clear, engaging, platform-native content with the ability to adapt tone and voice effectively
Analytical and data-driven, tracking what matters and using insights to inform decisions
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving global organisation, working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
