The Senior Manager, People Operations role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and managing innovative and meaningful benefits that support our people. You will also own our immigration and leave of absence programs, maintaining a seamless and positive experience for our employees. You will also keep a pulse on the legislative landscape, and build employee centric policies that ensure we remain compliant across all geographies. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in M&A, evaluating and finding the best solutions for integrating acquired brands onto our benefits and key policies.
Job Responsibility:
Manage US, UK and Canadian benefit plans
Lead strategic and sustainable annual renewal process
Manage implementation of new benefits
Build effective communications and training on benefits
Manage all benefits compliance
Play a key role in M&A related initiatives
Own benefits enrollment tool
Serve as subject matter expert for global immigration and global leave of absence
Stay up to date on shifting legal landscape for global policies and benefit programs
Launch and manage key tools including a global Whistleblower Hotline
Partner with Sr. Manager, Payroll in auditing payrolls
Requirements:
