Manage the development and implementation of financial, accounting, and tax systems to deliver best‑in‑class capabilities. Drive innovative solutions for global finance functions while optimizing daily and tactical finance operations.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Global Process Owners to improve business and technical fitness of the application portfolio while minimizing ongoing support costs
Act as a subject matter expert supporting application delivery and business improvements aligned with commercial and strategic objectives
Build productive relationships with Global Process Owners and key users to identify and realize new sources of value
Support the development of overall GTS strategy in collaboration with the Director – Business Applications and the Senior Director – Finance and Business Platforms
Drive user education initiatives to enhance application adoption and support a super‑user community
Provide people leadership to squad members, developing skills and capabilities to meet current and future organizational needs
Requirements:
12+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience
18+ years of experience in financial application support and development
