  • Operate core equity cycles by driving timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring accurate, timely completion across cross-functional partners
  • Own equity systems and integrations from an operator’s lens, including day-to-day system administration, report builds, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting, while also identifying and driving improvements for scale and data quality
  • Deliver audit-ready equity reporting and data to support accounting, compliance, and reporting requirements, including building repeatable reconciliations and validation routines
  • Build and maintain automated equity reporting (scheduled reports, dashboards, and reconciliations) to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy, reliability, and speed
  • Partner with Internal Controls to keep process documentation, narratives, and flowcharts current, and ensure controls are designed and operating effectively in practice
  • Partner with Legal and HR to operationalize new equity programs by translating program design into clean workflows, system setup, and execution checklists
  • Support complex one-off equity transactions, including liquidity events such as tender offers, by coordinating execution steps, data requirements, and stakeholder readiness

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive equity administration experience in a high-growth environment
  • Deep expertise in equity systems (Shareworks strongly preferred), including configuration, reporting, scalable workflows, and operating model design
  • Strong process and controls mindset with a demonstrated ability to build audit-ready operations supported by clear documentation, ownership, and governance
  • Strong understanding of equity data flows and integrations across HRIS, payroll, and accounting/reporting ecosystems, with an automation-first approach
  • Proven ability to run complex, high-stakes equity programs amid shifting requirements and tight timelines
  • Robust analytical skills, including advanced Excel and comfort with reporting/analytics tools
  • High ownership and prioritization, able to set direction, manage multiple workstreams, and drive cross-functional outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to influence and align partners at multiple levels
