Senior Manager, FP&A - Fintech / Payments (Fully Remote, US). A fast-growing, venture-backed payments company is making its first dedicated FP&A hire, and we're helping them find it. This is a strategic-finance seat for someone with experience in the startup space who wants to own the numbers end to end and have a real voice in how the business grows. You'll own the company's financial model, run the budgeting and forecasting cycles, and build the monthly reporting that leadership and the board actually use to make decisions. Just as important, you'll partner with the executive team on pricing, growth strategy, and the economics behind new products and partnerships. The model is already in place -- your job is to evolve it, sharpen the insight it produces, and bring structure as the company scales. This is an individual-contributor role at the Senior Manager level with a clear path to grow into a finance leadership seat over time. Compensation is competitive ($130,000-$165,000 base) plus equity, bonus eligibility, and full benefits. Fully remote (US).
Requirements
5-8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
Experience in a startup or other high-growth, low-process environment
Strong financial modeling -- you can build a three-statement model from scratch and know how every piece connects
Advanced Excel
experience with a modern FP&A platform is a plus
Fintech, payments, or other transaction-based business experience is a plus
