Job Description

As Senior Manager, FP&A you will support high-quality financial decision-making across Eucalyptus through analysis, modelling, reporting, and cross-functional partnership. You will work closely with finance leadership on the problems that require both strong judgment and strong execution — whether that's building a three-way model, assessing business performance, analysing marketing efficiency, or supporting strategic initiatives with robust financial insights. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who wants to do the work, not just oversee it. You will be expected to move quickly, think logically, and operate independently while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and scale complex, driver-based financial models that bridge the gap between high-level P&L targets and granular operational data
  • Lead long-range planning and scenario analysis to support high-priority business cases, including product expansion and new market opportunities
  • Deliver high-quality analysis that translates raw data into actionable insights for leadership
  • Deep-dive into growth dynamics, specifically focusing on marketing efficiency, spend analysis, and CAC:LTV ratios
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to evaluate initiatives, challenge assumptions, and improve the overall quality of decision-making
  • Support the financial side of strategic projects with a focus on execution speed and analytical depth
  • Integrate AI and automation (e.g., Python scripts or LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate reporting cycles and predictive forecasting
  • Partner with the Data team to move beyond static sheets into dynamic, real-time dashboards, ensuring a robust Source of Truth

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in a high-intensity analytical environment
  • Backgrounds in Investment Banking, high-growth companies or similar are highly valued
  • Advanced financial modelling capability, including building models from scratch and working comfortably across scenarios and assumptions
  • Ability to perform ad hoc analysis independently and turn data into clear, decision-useful insights
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort working on topics such as investment trade-offs, business performance, and growth economics
  • Experience operating in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and execution speed matters
  • Confidence communicating with stakeholders and working cross-functionally to gather inputs, test thinking, and influence decisions

What we offer

  • Equity for everyone
  • Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a global knowledge-sharing culture
  • Catered wellness talks, exercise classes, whoops to track your wellbeing, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties
  • Parental and miscarriage leave
  • Health, professional development, and personal days
  • Whoop membership
  • Employee Assistance Program
