As Senior Manager, FP&A you will support high-quality financial decision-making across Eucalyptus through analysis, modelling, reporting, and cross-functional partnership. You will work closely with finance leadership on the problems that require both strong judgment and strong execution — whether that's building a three-way model, assessing business performance, analysing marketing efficiency, or supporting strategic initiatives with robust financial insights. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who wants to do the work, not just oversee it. You will be expected to move quickly, think logically, and operate independently while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Support the financial side of strategic projects with a focus on execution speed and analytical depth
Integrate AI and automation (e.g., Python scripts or LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate reporting cycles and predictive forecasting
Partner with the Data team to move beyond static sheets into dynamic, real-time dashboards, ensuring a robust Source of Truth
Requirements:

Backgrounds in Investment Banking, high-growth companies or similar are highly valued
