Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A Systems to join our Finance team. You will lead the implementation, design, build, and maintenance of scalable financial models within our EPM platform, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with evolving business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, drive insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead implementation and rollout of new EPM, partnering with the Finance org and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
  • Design and develop complex financial models within our EPM tool to support planning, forecasting, and reporting across the business
  • Continuously optimize existing models to improve performance, scalability, and data accuracy
  • Partner with stakeholders across Finance, People, and Engineering to ensure models meet business needs and adapt to changing requirements
  • Integrate models with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and maintain data integrity
  • Build and support dashboards and key metric reporting leveraging model outputs to serve end users
  • Ensure adherence to data governance best practices and platform consistency across models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years working hands-on with leading EPM platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion)
  • Deep expertise in financial modeling, systems architecture, and core finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Proven experience integrating EPM solutions with broader enterprise tools and data ecosystems
  • Anti-bureaucratic and pro-speed, treating Finance like a product—leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate workflows, improve data quality, and continuously ship improvements
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability across models and EPM outputs while leading and mentoring the team and contributing hands-on to planning system design, implementation, and optimization
